Overview

A key component of First Abu Dhabi Bank development is the 6,466.96 sq m (plot area) amalgamated out of 5 plots. The concept of FAB Jaddaf Mixed Use Complex is a residential and retail development of approximately 55,748 m² built up area spread as two mid-rise Block A and B on top of single level podium raises 4.5m from the ground. The 16-story two buildings comprise of 336 mixed types of residential units above 1,190 m² Retail area at the ground level. Two separate entrances and cores provided to serve the residents needs and each provided with service lifts.

The external look of the complex is derived from patterning systems embodied in UAE Heritage Architecture. The building theme features incorporate cultural and historical elements particular to the region such as the wind towers and the decorative screens. The stone cladding with texture finish will reflect the heritage clay finished of old building facade. The complex podium which comprises the First Abu Dhabi Bank branch and Aseel in its ground level with two separate entrances and premises, the 14 levels offices for the FAB Management and employees are designed as 14 levels, each level raises 4m. The second mid-rise building G+12 levels is the residential building with health club and pool on the top (13th level), each level accommodate 10 units.
