A-Tower is a new supertall iconic skyscraper occupies a prominent site along Sheik Zayed Road in Dubai, designed to embrace and stimulate the life of the future city. Standing with 333 meters and holds 60 Floors with a 626676.53 sq.ft, and consisting of luxury residential units, retail and entertainment spaces, plus 1 underground level that houses the electromechanical services.

The first nail in the ground started February 2018, and upon completion programmed in the second quarter of 2020, the tower will be marked as the biggest A letter in the world and will be a registered record in Guinness book.
The 55 meters four sides A letter is the key steel structure feature crowning the top, which will be a variety of different Led lights seen from long distances.

The facade will be treated with combined two aluminum cladding colors and glazing panels.
On Sheikh Zayed roadside, a media screen of 30m x 10m will be fixed between mezzanine & 3rd level which will set as the largest media screen in a residential building. The parking lots serving the tower tenants are housed in a separate multi-story building connected by a pedestrian steel structure bridge that spans 30 meters.

The tower’s architectural expression represents a holistic approach to merging programmatic, environmental, and structural considerations.
