The fundamental design concept of new AWQAF Complex is based on creating integrated landmark
volume building that look one family complex and at the same time can be operated separately
with sharing facilities such as auditorium, multi purpose hall, retail/mall and other common facilities & services.

The external complex volumes are 3 buildings and the oval shape auditorium which meant
to be exposed through the floors to form an individual landmark within the overall complex.
The building takes the shape of curved elements wrapped all together by aluminum finish
from bottom to roof horizontally and vertically giving singular look and strong impact appearance
as façade elements are concisely expressed.
